Noble/inert gas filling

In China, a metal diaphragm compressor type MV 4766 III K for noble gas filling in an air separation plant is used.
The compressor has a vertical, 3-stage and water cooled design.

The inlet pressure is 1.02 bar (a), the ourput pressure is 180 bar (a) at a flow rate of 22 Nm3/h.
