Production of helium

For the production of helium in a research facility an oilfree piston diaphragm compressor type KV 5061 II K in vertical, 2-stage and water cooled design is used.

The inlet pressure is 1.0 bar (a), the output pressure is 15 bar (a) at a flow rate of 100 Nm3/h.
